Two Confirmed Murders in Pocomoke, Is Christine the 3rd?
This morning a Pittsville man, Charles Robert Phillips was arrested for the murder of much loved, Pocomoke local, William “Nib” Niblet.
Last month three local, very young men were arrested for the murder of Judy Woljik, and since November 13, 2007, Delaware visitor to a farm on Byrd Road in Pocomoke; Christine Sheddy has been missing.
The Pocomoke Tattler has reported several times on the case of Christine Sheddy. The Tattler has submitted all information it has on the case to America’s Most Wanted, Fox News, CNN and other national media outlets.
Much speculation about the handling of the case has surrounded the case from the very beginning. This is the story as we have been told …
Christine came to Pocomoke to with her two little boys to get away from home to start a new life. She had a tumultuous relationship with her boyfriend (Levi Hall) the father of her two boys, and wanted to get away from everything.
A short time before coming to Pocomoke Levi had met a couple Tia Johnson and Clarence B. Jackson ( Tia and Jr.) through his cousin Steve. They all had myspace pages and spoke on the internet and apparently became further acquainted with them. They became friends and at some point shortly after meeting, Christine decided that she wanted to start over and she came to Tia and Jr.s’ to do so.
From what we have been told she was in contact with her friends in Delaware during this time and expressed that life in Pocomoke wasn’t what she had thought it would be and she wanted to leave.
On November 13, Tia and Jr. left the farmhouse to go pick up their children from school in Pocomoke. When they got back a few hours later, they found that Christine was gone leaving her two sons ages 3 &4 and her purse.
The time that she was reported missing is unknown and who reported her missing is unknown to the Tattler. What we do know is that Levi’s mother (Joyce) picked up the children from the farmhouse in Pocomoke, and much contention between the two families has insued.
Very shortly after Christine’s dissapearance Tia and Jr. moved from the Byrd Road home.
From the reports that we have received no one has yet to take a polygraph test to prove that they were not involved in the disappearance. Not Tia, not Jr., and not Levi. Reports from family members also indicate that it was 4 weeks before the house and property were searched for clues or a body. Additionally, the bickering between the family of Levi, and Christine is felt by both sides as insults and allegations meant to discredit each other in the eyes of the investigators. Christine’s lifestyle portrayed on her MySpace page has been the source of much discredit, as has Levi’s and Tia’s and Jr’s.
While Levi’s mother has reported ‘Christine sightings’ to the Worcester County Bureau of Investigations the sitings are felt by Christine’s family to be a ploy to manipulate the investigation, so that investigators will think that Christine just abandoned her children. Abondonment, is vehmently denied by Christine’s mother.
So in the end, will a healthy, just couldn’t take it anymore, single mother be found, or the body of a murdered woman be found? For the children’s and families sake I hope and pray she was emotionally unable to deal with life as it was at the time and that she ran to find a better one. Yet, with the passing of Thanksgiving, Christmas, children’s and parents birthday’s all having past and the upcoming wedding of her sister, it is simply very hard to imagine.
If anyone knows anything about this case. If you knew these people and overheard anything. If drove by the house on Byrd Road and saw a car in the driveway, anything at all. Please call the Worcester County Sheriffs Office and tell them. You never know; something that you think is insignificant could be the piece in the puzzle that breaks this case.

Brenda, Joyce’s story is that yes, she did pick the boys up the evening of the 13th. Lynn was going to go and get them, but Joyce volunteered.
posted on: Thursday, March 13th, 2008 @ 12:53 pm
We know why Joyce volunteered. She knew she wasn’t going to give them back once she got her hands on them. I hate to say that like they are objects, but to her they are. Just little pawns in her game. How do we know that Joyce stayed for an hour that night she picked the boys up?? where did this information come from?

Stephanie said she didn’t know when Christine was reported missing and by whom. Do you know these answers?

Also a neighbor across from the farm on byrd road talked to the FBI. I think that was in January.

My mom reported reported her missing @ 1:00 on the 14th. We were told by Joyce and Junior that they were going to make the call earlier, but never did.

Just to recap the events leading up to Christines disappearnce. The begining of November Christine and I had gotten into a fight. Christine had contacted Tia and Jr, whom she had met through her boyfriend Levi. From my understanding, Levi had met Tia and Jr through his cousin Steve. One week before Christine went missing she informed Levi she was moving to her sisters house in PA. I spoke to Christine on the Saturday before she disappeared. She said she was coming home on Tuesday the 13th. Levi was supposed to pick her up after work. Christine also made back up arrangements with her friend Jimmy to pick her up on the 13th if Levi didnt show up.
I recieved a phone call on the 13th from Jr stating that he and Tia had gone to pick up their children from school and when they returned Christine was gone and the boys were home alone. A while later Joyce called and said she was waiting for Levi to get off work and they would pick the boys up.
I called the police at around 1:00 p.m. the next day to report her missing. I understand you have to wait 24 hours to report a person missing.
As far as I know about Polygraphs, no one has taken any to date. Levi agreed to take one but backed out.
I know if I were innocent I would be insisting on taking one. If nothing else but to rule me out of any wrong doings. But thats just me. I hope this clears everything up.

So in other words, when Joyce picked up the boys, Christine had been missing for some hours. Why did Levi need anyone to get the boys if he felt nothing bad had happened to Christine?
posted on: Thursday, March 13th, 2008 @ 1:33 pm
Christine had been missing and Junior wanted someone to pick up the boys. Levis mother went and picked the kids up at the farmhouse, I believe she or Levi was contacted by Junior. I dont know this to be fact, I can only assume since Junior called Jimmy, myself and Jennifer.

Good question…Why pick up the boys if he thought she was coming back …that nothing was wrong??
posted on: Thursday, March 13th, 2008 @ 1:42 pm
I’m still wondering why Joyce, as pointed out by Jana, referred to Christine in the past tense, when she commented the other night.
posted on: Thursday, March 13th, 2008 @ 1:42 pm
JR. called her backup plan? Hmm…Cuz he didnt want him to JUST SHOW UP……Hmmmmmmm!!!
posted on: Thursday, March 13th, 2008 @ 1:44 pm
I am just wondering why they felt it necessary to have the boys removed from the house, unless they new Christine wasn’t coming back.

Why did he call Jimmy?????

He was her back up if Levi didnt show to pick her up.
posted on: Thursday, March 13th, 2008 @ 1:57 pm
He called Jimmy to let him know that he and Christine had a fight, they had left to pick up their children and when they got home Christine was gone and the boys were home alone. Christine didnt have a cell phone so she would use Tia and Jr.s. Christine talked to Jimmy everyday….Myabe thats how they got Jimmys number. I dont know if they knew Christine had a back up plan.
I have a correction to make. I had called Joyce after Jennifer had called me. I wanted to know if Levi knew what was going on. Joyce called me back and said she was waiting for levi to get off work and then they would go and pick up the boys. Sorry about that…I had to check my notes as I have so much information.
posted on: Thursday, March 13th, 2008 @ 1:59 pm
so he called to say they had a fight…not to ask if he picked her up???? again……hmmmmm???
posted on: Thursday, March 13th, 2008 @ 2:01 pm
If Jimmy was to pick Christine up he would most certainly take the kids too.
posted on: Thursday, March 13th, 2008 @ 2:29 pm
I know he would take the kids…Im saying…suppose..they got into a fight like Jr. says and she ran off (this is according to “the gangs” story). If i were Jr. I would call Jimmy to see if he had her with him..like they were driving around while she calmed down and then she was going to come back and pick the boys up and leave according to plan. That is what i would do..I wouldve called Jimmy and said “Hey, Christine and I just got in a fight, she just took off, is she with you?”
NO, he called to say she was missing because he didnt want Jimmy to show up…This is my opinion.
posted on: Thursday, March 13th, 2008 @ 2:52 pm
THey didnt want Jimmy to show up because they were “cleaning” up..Thats why they tried not to really alarm anyone or call authorities…because they didnt want anyone to show up and they knew they had 24 hrs. before cops would even think of coming to thier house. Thats why Joyce so graciously volunteered to pick up the boys…because if Lynn went, she would have seen through the bullshit!! Im so pissed off right now about all of this!! This is my opinion, JOyce…Im allowed to speak my mind…Im not saying its fact…but its what i think happened…I think Christine did run down the driveway…because otherwise it was gonna get physical…then Tia and/or Jr. went and picked her up…did something to her..I think her kids saw her go down the driveway , that is why they said she ran off..Jr. or someone went and picked her up and thats when this happened…That is what i think…Come on Joyce…what do you think???? This is my opinion only…but there are some facts.
Joyce was there on the 13th - FACT!…. Jr and Christine got in a fight that day - FACT! Christine would not leave her kids - FACT! Levi was supposed to come and get her that day - FACT!

After reading more of the details…Christine’s family; HANG ON to HOPE! I know the NOT knowing is the worst but without a doubt the authorities WILL figure out what happened to her…all this is sounding like she did not see a good fate that day….but JUSTICE will come to those who do know what happened to her on that day!!!!!! Remember there is no statue of limitations on murder… in my opinion, your answer’s start right there on the farm….

The last time anyone of her family and friends heard from Christine was a phone call she had with her friend Jimmy at 9:30 at night on the 12th.
Christine and the boys had been living with us since june of 2006. Levi didnt live in my house.
I dont know where anybody got the idea that Levi met Tia and Jr. from the internet. Levi’s cousin, Steve, was friends with Tia and he introduced Levi to them and in turn introduced Christine to Tia and Jr.
Christine contacted tia and jr. after we had a fight. Christines friend Jimmy used our vehicle to take Christine to Milford Walmart where she met Jr. and tia and they took her to pocomoke. She was only planning to stay a short time as she had made plans to come home on the 13th to pack and move to Jens house in Pa on the 17th.

UPDATE ON THE LETTER:
Right now I am awaiting approval from Christine’s Mom and/or Jennifer. I have gotten approval from Stephanie to use their column from this a.m. for the factual part of the letter. However, I am seeing now that there are some discrepancies. After Lynn & Jennifer proofread the letter and make any changes they wish to, then we will begin mailing them off.
Now, this is how it’s going to work:
We have to send the letters via US mail, so it will be costly. However, I am willing to donate the monies for sending the letters (including any postage or envelopes needed). If you’d like to send them on your own, that is fine. The address is on the top of the letter. But if you don’t want to send it on your own, please just sign the letter and return it to me e-signed, and I will envelope it and send it with the postage. Thanks for any and all help!
NOW! Back to basics. Anyone else willing to participate in this, please e-mail me with your e-mail address and I will send you the letter as an attachment. This way if anyone would like to send them on their own, all they have to do is print, sign, and send!!!

When my son was killed, I sat down and made a long list of questions that I wanted answered. Questions pertaining to the different stories given by certain persons. Why certain things were not done by the detectives and why they did the things the way they did. I did get a few answers, but since the detectives said the case was closed they were not very fourth coming with information. I found out months later the case was still being checked into by other detectives. Also, they wouldn’t even return my calls or our attorney’s calls.
I know your pain in so many ways. From not being given information and wondering what are they doing to get the answers you need.
I don’t know what I can do to help you, but please let me know if you can think of anything.

Can someone help get this straight.
JR said that he had a fight with Christine and she ran off down the lane. How could that be?
According to reports, JR & Tia left to go pick up their kids and when they got back, Christine was gone and the kids were in the farm house alone. That sounds like Christine was at the farm house when Tia & JR left.
If Tia & JR left to go get their kids, how would they know that Christine ran off down the lane? They would not have been there to know where Christine went - right?
posted on: Friday, March 14th, 2008 @ 9:00 am
CeeMor:
I don’t think anyone is saying she ran off down the lane, they were just speculating what could have happened; noting perhaps that is the reason her boys supposedly said “mommy ran away”.

whew-y’know it’s great to have a place to all come together to get facts and discuss what’s going on. BUT sometimes things can so easily go misunderstood, because just like texting instead of talking, we cannot hear the tone of someone’s voice. It’s like using no punctuation in your sentences. It’s hard to tell what someone is saying. Like : im fine. That sounds so blatant and bland. I’m Fine!!! looks so much different and so much easier to understand. Ha Ha Ha.
I’m so happy that everyone is so involved and interested in this. I hope “when” Christine comes back she gets the chance to see how many people truly care about her!

Okay. Thanks for getting that straight.
More questions.
On Nov. 13th Tia, JR, their kids, Christine & the boys, according to reports, were at the farm house.
Levi’s “friends” the PC Gang, have said that Joyce was also there that evening for about an hour.
Anyone else that has not been named?
Right now it appears that Tia & JR left the premises, came back after picking their kids up, Christine was gone. That would leave Tia, JR, and four kids. Has anyone questioned Tia & JR’s kids?
Calls were made by JR saying saying that Christine had gone missing. Joyce comes on the scene that evening to pick up the 2 boys and is there for about an hour. Had Joyce ever met Tia, JR & their kids before then? What was she doing there for an hour?
Secondly - It has been reported that Joyce says she was sitting outside of the farm house waiting for the boys and someone came up to her window and said that her trunk was big enough for a body. (Strange comment) Why was she sitting outside waiting? How did someone see the inside of her trunk if she says she was sitting in the car? What was she waiting for? Was she alone when she went to pick up the boys?
According to Joyce, Christine left to go to Pocomoke with the clothes on her back and an outfit each for the boys. Unless the 2 boys and their outfit each was put into the trunk of Joyce’s car, there would be no reason to open the trunk of the car - right?
It appears that Levi’s “friends” are trying to tell something without saying straight out what it is. It also appears that the “friends” have pointed out that Joyce was there for about an hour. Why? Looks like someone has some explaining to do.

So, Detectives, since it seems you need help…These are things i would be looking into:
Levi - He didnt want Christine to move to Pa. with the kids.
Jr. - he was mad she didnt have any money…they got into a fight.
Joyce - she is covering for her son.. and “may” (in my opinion) have helped dispose of CHristine by putting her in her trunk that is big enough to fit a body in…we all know that it is, Joyce said it…It MUST be FACT!!!!!!!!..AND I BET IT CAN BE PROVEN BY THE AUTHORITIES!!

Wow!!!!!
The answers to my questions are becoming clearer. Thanks!
Okay so –
JR wanted money that Christine didn’t have and he got mad. I wonder - How Mad? Does he or Tia have “anger management issues”? How badly do they need money?
Christine had already decided to move to PA and Levi did not want her & the kids moving. I wonder - How good of friends are Levi, JR & Tia and… How Mad was Levi about Christine moving?
Then the questions come back to Joyce.
Why would Levi’s “friends” put Joyce at the farm house for almost an hour? Why would Joyce say that she waited in the car for the boys and “someone” came up to her window and said that her trunk was big enough for a body?
Obviously finger pointing is going on from Levi’s “friends” toward Joyce. Obviously, Joyce is saying that she waited in the car and that “someone” came up to her window and commented about the size of her trunk which conveniently turns the finger pointing in a reverse direction. Who is “someone”?
My bet is that Joyce can’t name, names. Kind of like - Yeah, I saw someone at the store today… Lots of someones but I don’t know who they were!
Are Levi & his “friends” sooooo tight that he would participate in the finger pointing toward Joyce? Nah, that would just be plain crazy… Wouldn’t it? Does Levi have “mental issues” or “issues with Joyce” that he would do that?
I hope that you all can be patient with me. I have all of these questions and the answers that I am coming up with are leading to an “Oh my God”! BINGO!!

Hello Everyone,
I had wonderful day today. My husband and I went to Pocomoke. Thats right, Pocomoke. We decided that we should go for a walk in the woods. It was a beautiful day. We walked for a couple of hours until it got dark. We will be going back again, maybe we could get some friends together and walk the woods together. What do you think?

If we do a walk, it needs to be done before the ticks and chigers come out. Also, how about contacting the media on this, who knows how many will come out to help. And what will the investigating police departments feel about it?

Like I said the other day to CeeMor- if we keep it up we might get recruited to Quantico!

Just as a word of caution…keep in mind that if the media is contacted, there may be a problem. Who owns the property? Could you get prior approval to search the grounds? “Someone” could cause lots of problems for you if you don’t. Know what I mean?

we would never be able to do the search anyway. As we already know, the people in Pocomoke are so afraid of the corrupt government officials, no one would ever let us search anything!!!!
posted on: Sunday, March 16th, 2008 @ 11:47 am
We need to find out who owns the property and ask them before anything is done. Let me see if I can find this out. As I see it, whom ever owns the property should be open to the search. Because if she is there, it would be a horrible thing to be plowing up the field and discover her remains. I’m sorry to be so graphic, but it needs to be said.

I think a public search is a great idea, but I do think that it should be coordinated with the WCBI, as from what Mayor McDermott told me there has been a search. If in fact there has been a search conducted and then I would hate to see so many volunteers spend their time in redundent activity but instead spread the perimeter.
I’m sure that one of our readers has experience in search and rescue, and this could easily be coordinated and led in a cohesive effort.
I want to encourage those that want to look for her to do so. That way everyones mind will be at ease that everything that could be done was done.
posted on: Sunday, March 16th, 2008 @ 2:43 pm
If this is really going to happen, a coordinated public search, can we please get an educated guess as to when this will take place. I really would like to be there, however, travel arrangements must be made with as much notice as possible for me. I’m several states away…….and a country… or so.
posted on: Sunday, March 16th, 2008 @ 3:01 pm
If a group of volunteers were to organize a search party I’m sure that there would be many volunteers. Local media could offer resources and more than likely finds extra resources such as a helicopter and search dogs.
If authorities would like to help with this effort it would make it easier. If not – What would the media headlines look like?
Christine Sheddy Search Party Arrested by Police for Trespassing!
Me thinks… NOT!
Who would care if they were arrested for participating in a search for Christine? Not me.
What property owner, in their right mind, would press charges on someone out looking for answers to Christine’s disappearance? None!
What law enforcement entity would want the shame of arresting volunteers who are out trying to help them find answers to a 4 month old case? Anyone care to answer?
I think that an organized search is an excellent idea. Sign me up!

Can they get any search/rescue dogs to the dump? We need that checked. They are trained to smell for HUMAN remains.. They can differenciate between people and garbage. Does anyone on here have any idea where to find these dogs and if we can arrange something between their owners to get them out to the dump?

About Joyce’s car…We all knew this was going to happen. I think they’ve checked it already, am i right Lynn? They have what they need…they are just staying mum!! I mean, the Police Department can’t be that incompetent, can they? They did check her sedan, didnt they? Unless it just disappeared….”gang style”…..they can trace it through the VIN…and you know, Joyce, Luminol….it works…and it sees through bleach and all the other B.s. people use to “clean up”!! Just one more thing to make her and Levi look MORE suspicious… Like I said before, I think you two are guilty…sad to say…but keep selling your cars, denying polys and denying Lynn visitation…and making your false allegations. FINDING CHRISTINE IS OUR #1 PRIORITY….WE WILL DEAL WITH YOU WHEN ALL THE EVIDENCE IS GATHERED….Haha….it’s happening….its moving forward…….and YOU cant stop it!!!!!!! we drove by today and the other car is there. They probably got the money by claiming the boys on taxes as they do every year. Even though Levi did nothing for them with any money. Heck on year Joyce fudged Levis taxes and got back 6000.00. Joyce kept 4000.00 of it for herself and gave Levi and Christine 2000.00. Mighty desent of her dont you think. I think thats call tax fraud isnt it? who do you call.

I have suggested the use of dogs for this case before. My deceased partner and I donated the arson dog, Foxy, to Worcester County a while back. I run AKC Licensed Retriever Field Trials, but I do have a dog in the very first stages of cadaver training. I can contact some folks I know to do a search, if permission is granted by the property owner.

posted on: Sunday, March 16th, 2008 @ 10:36 pm
It is true they did a search with the cadaver dogs on the property and I was there when it happened. Det. Mitchell set it up with some people out of PA. Before they left they said that they would be back with more volunteers and dogs. Det. Mitchell is checking his email daily to hear back from the search and rescue people. Detective Mitchell is doing all he can to facilitate this. I really trust him. Detective Kagan is going to Montana and I will miss him alot. Montana certainly gained a great person and an exelllant police officer. Best of luck to you and your family Alex.
Stephanie,
I agree, the search should not recover old territory but expand out. Mayor/Detective/Mr. McDermott told me to think outside the box, thats what I am doing. And of course we need WCBI to coordinate things. If they dont want a bunch of people marching through the woods I am sure that Maryland State Police have recruits in training that would do it. I also think that the state police have cadaver dogs that need to be exercised and hone their skills as cadaver dogs. And lets not forget that Dan Jaden from Senator Bidens office offered 125 retired police officers to walk the woods. I do know that Delaware State Police have cadaver dogs.
Let see what happens.

I told them that I would prefer that the search be done by professionals. After all they have put in alot of time and they do know the area. In the event they cant help with the search we will set a date and time for all interested people to gather and search ourselves. I hope to get a response from the police and I will let everyone know how we can procede.

I have been reading up on this And I just wanted to say I as A resident of Pocomoke think u are doing a great job in going beyond the police etc… and bringing your own search party together looking for your daughter. I have been thinking of u and keep checking back on this site for updates. If and when u get the search going I will be in it 100% helping u and your family search and Hope to bring your daughter home.
Thinking of u! ( HUGS)

Thank you so much. I have found that I get alot of support from MOM’s. We all know what its like when our children get hurt. God gave us the job of bringing them in to the world and looking after them. I am 51 years old and I can remember when I would be hurt and my mother would say, “come here my woman, whats wrong”? Those words were comforting to me then, so much that I say the same thing to my grand daughter, and I am sure she will say the same thing to her children. Dont get me wrong, fathers are important too. But the love of a mother is heaven sent. I will let you and everyone else know when we can conduct a search. As I have said, I am waiting on the Detectives to tell me if they are going to do a professional search with cadaver dogs, or if they dont have the manpower or the means to do so, we will procede with a search of our own.

I’m just so enlightened just to be a part of this. I also believe that when this is all said and done, we should create an organization with all of the regulars on here as a non profit comfort zone for mothers of missing children. I think we collectively have done so much, if nothing at all, we have each other. Christine’s out there, and come hell or high water, we will find her. If nothing else comes from this, I consider my self a lucky woman just to have met you fine people!

Jennifer Says:
March 9th, 2008 at 8:42 pm
“Mom, I wouldn’t hold your breath while waiting for someone who might know to speak up. No one even flinched at the reward money. I think that the one/several people involved don’t even care about what may have happened. The infamous gang who last saw Christine has avoided anything and anyone who asks about her. They all have been asked to take a polygraph test, and all refused. And no Jana, they are not doing another search. None planned anyway. I’m appalled at the entire situation. I used to have confidence in justice, but I am no longer a believer. Christine has been cheated, and so has her family. The signs that point to foul play are extensive. Ex. the bon fire the night of , motive, abusive relationship, carpet ripped out only hours after she went “missing”, the criminal record of the one’s who last saw her, their silence and uncooperative stance, lack of concern for her family, different stories that we were told by them, she left with no possessions and her toddlers behind, called no one, had plans to leave the next day, no car, didn’t even live in that state, knew no one else in the area, stated to me that she was unhappy being there, and so on. The one’s who knew her best know she did not leave voluntarily. Is it possible that murder is this easy to get away with?”
Jennifer: Apparently I missed most of these posts, so my apologies for that… NOTE TO SELF: IF I ever need to get rid of someone, I will go to Pocomoke to handle my business. It seems as though it might be the route to follow for criminals!

No- there isn’t REALLY a certain criteria- HOWEVER, I wanted these letters, as many as possible sent as soon as possible, because the sooner they see we are serious the sooner they will consider her story. If 100 come tomorrow, and then 2 or 3, the next day, 1 or 2 the next… the won’t consider it seriously. BUT if we flood their offices as much as possible it will bring us closer and closer to consideration.
And don’t worry about the slow down- happened to me too. BUT you just have to keep pushing the issue. If it means a lot to you, it will mean a lot to the more people you tell that to.

Using a cadaver dog is for the purpose of helping searchers find human remains where human eyesight can not or does not see. The dog being certified or not should not be an issue as long as the dog is willing and able to help find Christine.
Having law enforcement present during a search would be helpful in collecting evidence that might be found and conducting recovery of evidence in the proper manner.
Is there any good reason why a combined community/law enforcement search could not be conducted? The community could provide the people and law enforcement could provide the methods.
In reply to Jens post:
It is obvious that the reward money that was offered was not motivation for someone to come forward with information. This makes me believe that those who have information are involved and will do significant jail time for their part in Christine’s disappearance. Reward money will not help them. Sorry to say this but enough time has passed for anyone to come forward.
The infamous Pocomoke Gang who last saw Christine are not going to offer anything because they know what happened and are involved. Again, sorry to say this - just hold the thought that it will all come back on them. ALL OF THEM.

I have a question, at the top Christines mother said Levi was picking Christine up after work to take her to her sisters. If he was to pick her up, why did someone have to call him to get the boys? Why did he not just go to pick her up like he had planned?
posted on: Tuesday, July 7th, 2009 @ 7:46 pm
Levi was supposed to pick Christine and the boys up on the 13th and bring them home after he got off work. Christine made back up arrangements with a friend to come and get her in case Levi didnt show up. Junior called Christines friend, me and Jennifer(Christines sister) to let us know that Christine was missing. Joyce was called at some point and she went to pick up the children.
posted on: Tuesday, July 7th, 2009 @ 10:21 pm
So does anyone think maybe he did show up, but they got in a fight? Being a former resident of the city, this really upset me, I hated the “boys club” mentality which is part of the reason I moved away. Abuse, and even murder are overlooked there because the persons who commit the crimes are respected in the community. I truly hope you find your daughter, and I am sorry this is still happening in what could be a wonderful place to live.

As a mother my heart goes out to you, I hope you, her children and family get the closure you deserve. Regardless of the incompetence of the local P-City police I hope whoever is responsible get what they deserve. I hope this isn’t out of line, but are the children in a safe environment? I know they overlook child abuse there as well. The attitude there is very much caveman like. Thank God your daughter has you to fight for her. I hope your family find peace.

The family court in Delaware turned my grandsons over to me in May. Christine’s daughter Haylie lives with us as her father passed away with cancer when she was 3 years old. So now Christine’s children are together, happy and thriving. It is truly a blessing. I will find peace when I sit in the courtroom and hear the words, GUILTY AS CHARGED!! I dont want revenge, I want justice. I need for my grandchildren to know that their mother did not abandone them. I will fight for as long as it takes to make that happen. Then, and only then will I be able to rest.

Mrs Lynn, I could not imagine living through everything you have been through. I dont know if I could go on if something were to happen to any of my children! I did meet Christine one time at my long time friends pig roast. Beautifull Girl full of life! But the sad thing is after someone has been missing for three years now It cant be good!!! But no matter what I do believe she is with the Angels And somday someone will pay the price on judgement day. To Lynn and her little Girl and her two boys God bless you all And lets not forget Christine may the Angels always be watching over you!!!!!! MY Heart goes out to all of you!!!! BRENDA TAYLOR

Thanks Brenda,
I remember talking to you on the phone. The kids are doing well, although they do miss their mother. Hoping to have the answers to our questions. There is no doubt we will get them. Thank you for remembering Christine.
