Sometimes They Do Get Away With Murder in Pocomoke;
Blog Comment on Murder: There is a murderer on the loose. Let’s get used to this people. Most of the thugs and drug dealers know that you can come to Pocomoke, break the law and most of the time get away with it.
Dear Pocomoke Citizens:
The fact of the matter is *IF* this murder was committed by a politically protected Pocomoke drug dealer then they will get away with it. The murderers of Spanky Outten (allegedly) killed over a Pocomoke drug deal walk the streets with impunity.
This is what happens when citizens are “good German’s” and do not stand up against the corrupt system that rules over Pocomoke City like a fiefdom from medieval times.
Face it, this lady used crack cocaine which is openly sold on Fourth Street under the watchful eye of the City Government of Pocomoke. (how else can Boss Hogg get his cut)
The Mayor who went into office with good intentions is now a “stooge” for the openly corrupt city government & mouthpiece for King Russell Blake and X-Councilman Honiss Cane whose property is ground zero for the P-City Free Trade Zone for Crack Cocaine.
I read a short story on “moral sins” this week that was likened to:
Six people were in a rowboat and one was drilling a hole under his seat.
Another man asked “what are you doing?”
The man drilling the hole replied “it’s under MY seat and what I do is none of your business…”
The moral of the story, of course this type of moral sin affects us all.
Pocomoke City is host to an open air drug market, its fact not fiction.
FACT: Pocomoke City is ruled by an openly corrupt government with an unelected dictator who is the longest sitting city manager in US history.
Shut up and turn a blind eye… its none of your business.
We are all rats on this sinking ship together and some days it feels like all we are doing is rearranging deck furniture on the Titanic.
It’s Pocomoke…

Javis Holland was indicted for the murder of James Franklin Outten by a Grand Jury in 1995. He is currently serving two consecutive life sentences in Powhattan Prison in Virginia.

The homicide of Ms. Wojik is being investigated by the Worcester County Bureau of Investigation in a most professional and competent manner. They are being assisted by the Worcester County Sheriff, the Maryland State Police, the Pocomoke City Police and the Office of the State’s Attorney. As to the unfortunate murder of Spanky Outten, it is completely inaccurate to state that his murderer is walking the streets. Mr. McDermott is correct: Javis Holland was indicted by a Worcester County Grand Jury. He is currently serving 2 consecutive life sentences. He is not walking the streets of Pocomoke or any other city.

Thank you gentlemen.
I am glad to be proven wrong about mis information given to me and spread around by others.
If you could only prove me wrong about political corruption and the open air drug market in Pocomoke City it would be a great day!

why does everytime someone get murdered does it have to be a thug or drug dealer. This could have been anyone, white black, thug, police officer looking for sex(just an example!), anything. A killer has not set race or title. its anyone who has the mind to do it!

What are you talking about, Jcboo?
Who is “honess cane”?

Sara:
X-Councilman Honiss Cane owns the blue building on Fourth Street with a dozen untagged cars out front and no apparent business inside and lots of drugs sold on the street outside.
This section of Fourth Street is known from Wilmington, DE to Cape Charles, VA as ground zero of the P-City Free Trade Zone for Crack Cocaine.
We made no reference to anyones race but are merely repeating the fact that Pocomoke City has been host to an open air drug market for the entire 20-years we have lived here.
How can there be a 4-square block area in a small town of less than 5,000 people where drugs have been sold in the open, day or nite and the local police can’t shut it down?
Does anyone ask why X-Councilman Cane will bail out 10 to 15 people who are occasionally arrested during a “drug sweep” then all of the charges are dropped or Nolle Prosqe on a technicality? hmmm
The kids all say everyone knows you just don’t get busted in Pocomoke the cops don’t care.
The Police Dept reports to the City Manager who is the longest sitting City Manager in US History holding office for 32-years running the city as his own private fiefdom with no accountability to anyone.
Did you know the last Chief of Police did time in jail for crimes in office?
The City of Pocomoke is host to one of the most openly corrupt governments in America, not speculation… it’s a fact.
The City of Pocomoke is run by an unelected dictator.
X-Councilman cane was the subject of a Grand Jury investigation of voter fraud after he was observed driving people to the polling place, holding up the voters registration list and reminding them of their name and address.
When people who X-Councilman Cane were asked for ID or questioned about where they live, not one had ID to back up the name and a few just walked out quickly very flustered.
Election fraud is just one more part of the political machine one gets with the Pocomoke experience.
The Pocomoke Tattler is here to expose the fraud and continued criminal conduct of the City Government.
It’s Pocomoke…

Thanks Watching,
It is sad what Pocomoke has become. In the 60’s and 70’s my grandparents had a farm in Marion. Pocomoke was where we came for groceries, to the hardware store, tractor parts, etc. I’m in the northern part of WoCo now. A few years ago, I was looking at some of the old large homes in downtown Pocomoke. Came pretty close to buying, but didn’t like what I saw just around the corner. It’s sad.
So Pocomoke City has a city manager form of government. I’m with you on that one-I don’t like that someone can have so much power and influence and not be elected out of office.

Pocomoke cops are not shit. They ride around in circles all night. Officer Horseman “Fudge Brownie” follows people around like a nimwit! And who the hell knows what Corbin’s doing. And can someone please tell me why Wal-Mart has a reserved parking spot for PCPD but they park on sidewalks, and as of last Saturday, one officer did his shopping, and parked beside handicapped parking, on the striped area used for wheelchair access. There was a “customized van” for wheelchars in the handicapped spot, if they came out and the car WAS there, how where they to use the lift. Pocomoke, lets get our shit in order, before we loose control of our shit load of a town!!
