Cover page of Child Rape Refusal to Arrest (Against Orders) Report from Joel Todd States Attorney
This is a copy of the cover page of the reports that Pocomoke City Police Department Detective Scott Mitchell who arrested me (Billy Burke) for “wiretapping” by recording Pocomoke City’s corrupt Mayor Mike McDermott incriminating City Manager “Boss Hogg” Russ Blake in crimes, while on the steps of Pocomoke City Hall. Lead Detective Scott Mitchell will not be testifying because he tampered with evidence and refused to arrest a man accused of raping a 7-year old girl on orders of MD Child Protective Services and the Worcester County States Attorney’s Office.
The State’s Attorney’s Office sent us an un-redacted copy of the reports that included the names of both the juvenile victim and juvenile assailant. Plus a 39-year old man whom has subsequently been incarcerated for sexually assaulting the 11-year old sister of the 15-year old suspect. Everything is complicated where Pocomoke corruption is concerned. Because of the inclusion of the names of juveniles we are awaiting legal opinions on releasing a redacted copy of the original reports to the press.
