Other than the fact that Pocomoke Police Det. Scott Mitchell is lying sack of shit that knowingly allows a 7-year old child to be repeatedly raped; what exactly does it mean that he refused to arrest a perpetrator that the States Attorney and Child Protective Services had enough evidence against that they specifically instructed him over and over and over again to arrest? Was Mitchell acting under orders from Boss Hogg not to arrest these child molesters?

Well for one thing it calls into question every single case that Mitchell was ever ever involved in!  He personally took it upon himself  to  personally call the Crime Lab and cancel the investigation on the forensic evidence against the rapist.  So what did he do to forensic evidence in all of his other cases?

Remember he was an investigator on the Christine Sheddy case?

What happened there?

Did he suppress evidence?

Did he turn in evidence to the proper agencies?

Did he tamper with evidence found at the farm on Byrd Road?

How many people are in jail that Scott arrested?  How many times has he lied to his superiors and to judges to get someone put in jail, or deliberately screwed up a case to keep someone he liked out of jail?

On the report from the States Attorney’s office Mitchell was caught lying on at least 9 different  occaisions to:

Child Protective Services

The States Attorney

Assistant States  Attorney’s

Special Investigators

the Parent of the perpetrator

the parent of the victim

and the Perpetrator.

All with full knowledge of the City Manager and the Mayor and Council!

And what does he get for lying on such epic levels?

He gets to keep his pension in exchange for keeping his mouth shut about everything else he knows that goes on in Russville!

Yes, Pocomoke, you the Citizen Taxpayer will be paying for a lying, Child Molester Protector’s retirement fund for years and years to come!

How do you like that?

Does that make you feel good?

Does that make you mad at Billy and I for exposing the Dirty Laundry of Our  Town?

Wake Up Pocomoke, by allowing anyone of these people to remain in office is only supporting the raping and permanent mental damage to a young child, not to mention all of the nasty little bits of everyday impropriety that we don’t yet know anything about.

Are you gonna let them get away with this one too?

By not rising up and saying enough is enough when the election was rigged and demanding a recall.  By not rising up when Billy was arrested for recording the Mayor on the front steps of City Hall admitting to the wrong doing by the City Manager, you have allowed this corrupt government to ruin a childs life.

So what are you gonna do?

We have a murdered women, a raped child, and God only knows what else, and not damn thing is being done about it by your leaders other than having an executive session to make sure this sack of shit gets his pension.

Oh, and one more thing….let’s not forget for a minute that Mitchell is McDermott’s protege, as McDermott trained him as an investigator for WCBI.
