This is a follow up to my Maryland Public Information Act Request dated May 10^th 2005. We were provided and hand delivered a photocopy of the employment contract for Chief of Police, but were unilaterally denied a copy of the contract for the City Manager in a manner that was not consistent with the Maryland Public Information Act.

 

 

The denial was verbal and not in writing in accordance with law & statute based on some sort or bullshit Russ is a great guy for withdrawing his contract because he got caught and you need to forget that he bulldozed your building and move on.

 

 

The original request was for copies of the illegal and immoral employment contracts that showed the entire Pocomoke City Council & Mayor conspired with the City Manager to defraud the citizens of the City of Pocomoke City out of millions of dollars.

 

 

We request a signed copy of this self-dealing employment contract for the City Manager that was subsequently withdrawn after he was caught defrauding the people of

Pocomoke City. In addition we request access to listen to and copy the tape recording of the meeting when these documents were presented and approved by the City Council.

 

 

The purpose of this request is to make public the information to the Citizens so they can see the type of criminal self-dealing that has been engaged in by the city manager that would be cause for immediate termination of employment in all but the most corrupt of municipalities.

 

 

If this request is denied again we will pursue enforcement of this legal and lawful request through all means nescessary.

 

 

The resignation of City Manager Russ Blake, effective immediately will be an acceptable substitute for a copy of the withdrawn contract. (when pigs fly)
